In this train, passengers can travel in sleeper coach between Sonpur and Darbhanga on general ticket. Similarly, in Vaishali Express running between Delhi and Saharsa, passengers can travel in sleeper coach between Sonpur and Barauni on general ticket.
Where is this facility not available
Northern Railway does not provide such facility. Northern Railway says that it does not provide any such facility in the trains passing through its area. That is, if you enter a sleeper coach in any train of Northern Railway by taking a general ticket, then TTE can fine you and can also collect fine from you. This is why you must have seen that TTEs are often found imposing fines on such people in Northern Railway trains.
